Terms & Conditions

  1. All items sold on the website are NEW from the manufacturer, not second-hand.
  2. All items are shipped with maximum care, but we cannot guarantee against crumpling effects on the packaging boxes which may occur in transit.
  3. We do our level best to satisfy our customers. Having said that, customers who aren’t satisfied with the product they receive should in the first instance contact us using the email address given on the website. Replacement products may be offered under the following terms;
    • All claims of damage to the product should be made WITHIN 7 days of Headlamps NZ posting the item, or in the case of delivery to an RD address, 10 days. Claims of damage will need to be verified by electronic photograph.
    • In the case where the goods received do not match the product description on the website, photographic evidence should be provided by the buyer. Once this evidence is supplied, Headlamps NZ will credit an account chosen by the buyer to pay for return postage. Once Headlamps NZ receives the returned item, we will send a replacement.
    • Headlamps NZ reserves the right to require that customers seeking replacements on the grounds of damaged products may be asked to pay for return postage.
    • Headlamps NZ reserves the right to decline refunds, or replacements.
